Friday I had the pleasure to photograph two of the most down-to-earth, fun, genuine and creative people I've had the pleasure to work with in a long time. Katie and Jack put so much attention into the details of their wedding and completely enjoyed their day from beginning to end.
Friday started off with the ladies getting ready at the hair salon, while the gentlemen got ready at Jack's parent's house. Katie and Jack exchanged very sweet notes and then made their way to church to make it all official. We then ventured over to Valley Forge National Park to catch the tail end of sunset and capture some images with them and their bridal party.
The reception had a theme that any Philadelphia sports fan would enjoy. Tables were named after Eagles players (I personally was a fan of the Jason Kelce table), there were a few E-A-G-L-E-S chants, Katie and Jack's entrance was capped off with a reenactment of the Philly Special, and there was a groom's cake with Nick Foles and an Eagles theme. Let's not forget that Jack custom built the gift box and the large LOVE marquee for their wedding day.
The details, the family and friends, the story and the love were all there to make for one unforgettable night that they'll be reliving in stories for years to come. It was such an honor to capture their wedding day!
